Galaxy Festival (August 11, 2012)
At the Anjali school of dance, we are diligent about passing this rich heritage onto our students, but we’ve also been passionate about taking this dance form and stretching it to it’s limits and telling stories, myths, and legends from around the world. This is an excerpt from the upcoming performance, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” This scene is of Titania with her fairies. It includes both Ballet and Bharatanatyam.
